Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms & Policies

Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of scheduling your session.
Rescheduling: Reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis and may incur an additional fee.
Travel Fee: A travel fee will be calculated and charged the day of or day before the shoot to ensure I am able to make it to the location of your choosing. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. You can also avoid high travel fee costs if you’re able to provide transportation to the location. For shoots scheduled in the Chicago studio, a CTA travel fee of $5 will be charged the day of the shoot.
Add-Ons & Payment Policy
Add-ons must be selected and confirmed at the time of booking to ensure accurate deliverables. Please include the cost of any add-ons with your session fee when submitting payment through the portal.
If a payment is incomplete, you will receive a notice to settle the remaining balance within 24 hours. If the balance is not received within that window, the session will be canceled. Partial payments are non-refundable due to the time reserved and administrative effort required.

Turnaround & File Delivery

Image Delivery: Turnaround time is typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the photographer’s workload and production timelines.
Gallery Expiration: Delivered galleries will be available for 3 weeks. Please download and back up your images promptly. A redistribution fee will apply if you need access after the gallery expires.
RAW Files: RAW files are not, and will not, be provided under any circumstances.

Usage & Social Media

Marketing Use: All clients and assistants acknowledge that images and materials created during the session may be used by the photographer and production house for social media marketing, in perpetuity. If you are uncomfortable with your likeness being used in this way, please refrain from booking.
Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Content: The photographer may use a phone to capture BTS content during your session. Clients are welcome to capture BTS content during downtime. When posting, please tag the following accounts:
